Knowing the Way of God is what keeps us on the right path…
Exodus 33:12-13… Moses said to the Lord, “You have been telling me, ‘Lead these people,’ but you have not let me know whom you will send with me. You have said, ‘I know you by name and you have found favor with me.’ 13If you are pleased with me, teach me your ways so I may know you and continue to find favor with you. Remember that this nation is your people.”
When you are praying, knowing the promises of God, and believing the promises of God is necessary. God will teach you His ways. He makes and keeps all of His promises.
God will not stir up a desire in us without promising to be there for us.
He knows all of your needs, and he stirs those expectations in us. It is His promise to get you through. God has the power to do as He has promised.
It is important the we listen to God, who knows all things. Only when we are following can we be lead. God will make His way known.
If we ask, He will reveal it. God will guide you.
We can trust that still sweet voice in us when He says “This is the way”.
We follow Jesus because He made the path. This is the way to life eternal. It begins by knowing Jesus.
How much have we accepted God’s ways in our lives? This is the first step to the right path.
There is more assurance in God when we work at knowing Him.
