God meets us as we go through life Competing With Horses…
Jeremiah 12:4-5… How long will the land lie parched and the grass in every field be withered? Because those who live in it are wicked, the animals and birds have perished. Moreover, the people are saying, “He will not see what happens to us.” 5“If you have raced with men on foot and they have worn you out, how can you compete with horses? If you stumble in safe country, how will you manage in the thickets by the Jordan?
We were created to live competing with horses. This is not necessarily talking about horses here; we are talking about Goliaths in our lives. It might not look like it now, but God’s end game is that we compete with horses.
Stallions are those that we should be competing against, not snails. God is always stretching us, growing us, increasing our faith. We are meant for bigger and better things.
God has a greater task and purpose for you; greater than what you can even have thought of.
The enemy wants you to wonder if God even hears you. This is a lie; God hears you.
Just because we go through struggles does not mean that we do not have faith. You will be tested, but God is with you.
God will not allow us to settle for less than what He knows we can become. He knows those trials will come. He says to continue to push through.
We sometimes have found ourselves competing with footmen. It has been wearing us out. God says, however, not to give up because we can compete with the horses.
We like to stay in our comfort zones. It is not easy growing and becoming what God wants us to become. God is saying that we can do this; we can compete with horses. He will move us into areas that we may not want to go.
Life can be difficult, it can be intimidating. God is saying do not worry; I have big plans for you.
Competing with horses requires divine intervention. In this realm you are not able to do this on your own. God does the supernatural in our lives in order to be able to compete.
If you take a stance with God this world will stand against you; but because of God you will not be overcome. The world does not have the strength to successfully fight against you and God. He will rescue you.
If we come before God and receive Him, God will meet us every step of the way.
Give your life over to God and He will take away your fears. God will drive that fear away and give you what you need to face your tomorrow.
God will be with you through your times of troubles!
