Jr. Kids Church (Ages 3-5) | Nursery
In Crossroads Jr. Kids Church, we have lots of fun teaching our kids about Jesus! It is a privilege to teach 3 to 5 yr-olds about our Lord in a way tailored to their learning ability while having fun! Sunday morning during second service, preschoolers rotate around the classroom as the Hands-On Bible Curriculum series is used to teach the children. This curriculum is a wonderful age-based, interactive, hands-on, and fun way of teaching about the Lord and His Word! It includes dynamic activities, lessons (with large picture books, sound effects, and question/answer time), worship, crafts, games, puppet skits with Whiskers the Mouse, and a weekly take-home coloring sheet showing what they learned, memory verse, family interaction, and devotionals – all to instruct our kids to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior on their level. A pager check-in system is used for the protection of the children so you can rest at ease knowing your child is safe while you attend service.
Our Nursery rooms are used for our babies (0 – 2 yrs) to listen to worship songs, play, and learn with bible-based toys and books, and interact with our Nursery workers who love to show them Jesus – all while being in a safe and caring environment. A pager check-in system is used for the protection of the babies so you can rest at ease knowing your child is safe while you attend service.
